This must be one of the most remote cenotaphs in the country. It stands on the brow of a usually quiet hill disturbed only by the occasional car and by the plane landing and taking off at the airstrip opposite. It honours 8 men who fell in the “Great War” and 3 men from one family who fell in the 2nd World War.
